My approach starts with a belief that healing happens within a safe, compassionate, non-judgmental relationship. Overall, my goal as a trauma-informed and person-centered therapist is to help you move through life in ways that feel more aligned with your goals and your deepest sense of self. From a somatic perspective, I safely incorporate body awareness on the path towards greater self-confidence and empowerment. I also enjoy working with folks on issues like relationship dynamics, depression, anxiety, feelings of low self-worth, perfectionism, and chronic patterns of shame.
