Hi, I’m Kristy. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who helps couples and individuals build stronger, more connected relationships — both with their partners and with themselves. Many of the people I work with feel stuck in patterns of disconnection, misunderstanding, or emotional distance. For couples, that might look like disconnection, communication breakdowns, loss of emotional safety, or feeling like you’re having the same argument again and again. For individuals, it can show up as struggling to feel secure in relationships, or learning how to show up for yourself in more compassionate ways.
