Welcome! I have been in practice since 2013 and have learned that by gaining understanding and compassion for ourselves, our innate healing potential will emerge. I love to help other professionals, and I am a AZBBHE clinical supervisor. A quote by Carl Yung summarizes my philosophy "Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will rule your life, and you will call it fate. " I use a "non-pathologizing lens" to see my clients holistically and help them make connections to how their past experiences have shaped the narratives and emotions they experience now. I am only taking new clients for KAP intensives, we collapse time! I use different treatments based on the needs of my clients. I offer LIFE System biofeedback (fast relief for the nervous system) concerns related to trauma, ADHD, anxiety/panic disorder, depression & trauma. I use cutting edge practices such as KAP (ketamine), EMDR, IFS (level 2), & hypnosis.
