I believe that as human beings, we are always growing and evolving. Change—whether expected or not—can bring uncertainty, stir up past wounds, and challenge our ability to adapt, especially when it feels like the world is moving at a different pace than we are. In these moments, reaching out for help can feel overwhelming, which is why I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to be here. Seeking support is a powerful first step toward healing and growth. My decision to become a therapist stems from my own journey through life’s transitions, as well as my deep, innate passion for helping others navigate their own challenges.
