Through the use of psychotherapy, CBT, and person centered theories as well as the strength based model, therapeutic goals that you the client have identified are addressed during sessions. My background in family therapy and communication allows me the gift of working with couples to strengthen their marriage through the practice of reflective listening with your partner while developing common goals to strive toward.
