The kaleidoscope of your life can come back into view as we walk together and navigate your internal system with a sense of curiosity and compassion, bringing positive and lasting change. I operate from an integrative approach using a combination of practices. My specializations are trauma, anxiety, depression, life changes, and self-esteem. I offer guidance using parts work, compassionate inquiry, somatic awareness, EMDR, expressive arts and other evidence based practices to help you bravely maneuver your human experience.
