I have a deep passion to help those battling self-esteem, sexual trauma, anxiety, post-partum depression, and helping women cope with life changes, such as divorce, new mom life, and more. I am also passionate about working with couples, including nontraditional relationships. Using a trauma-focused, Gottman-inspired approach, I guide the relationship on its healing journey I enjoy helping people find their spirituality, and strive to help you to dissolve barriers that prevent spiritual connection.
