I am a psychodynamic, relational therapist who works with children, adolescents, adults and families. I believe the quality of the therapeutic relationship, including safety, transparency and care is at the center of therapeutic work. Through authenticity, skill building, and a strengths based perspective, I work in collaboration with my clients to improve their understanding of themselves, improve relationships, functioning in daily life, as well as their ability to cope with life's challenges.
