Making the decision to start therapy can be a difficult process. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free environment to help you ease into your counseling journey. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role as a counselor is to accompany you as you make that journey. I enjoy working with a variety of clients of all ages. I have experience collaborating with clients seeking counseling for presenting concerns that include adjustment issues, depression, anxiety, panic disorder, antenatal and postpartum anxiety and depression, and infertility struggles. My counseling emphasis is defined as integrated, which means I individualize my approach based on your goals. My primary therapeutic orientations include person-centered, cognitive behavioral, and solution-focused techniques, which allow us to explore, empower, and seek answers to meet your goals.
