As a Licensed Mental Counselor, I have worked in several different levels of care ranging from outpatient services, in-home therapy, residential and partial hospitalization. My experience has provided me with extensive knowledge in crisis management and effective treatment with a wide range of issues such as eating disorders, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, OCD, impulsive behavior, trauma, self-esteem and body image issues. I currently provide individual therapy, group therapy and family consultation to address individual behaviors and family dynamics that lead to dysfunction.
