I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in MA and a LCSW in CT with over 8 years of experience working with adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, traumatic experiences and life stressors. I am solution-focused, strengths based, and person centered in my approach. I will meet you where you are at in the process and will provide feedback along the way. I like to laugh and bring humor into my interactions. I am genuine and authentic in my approach which allows me to motivate and support the changes you are looking to make. I provide a safe space to explore thoughts and feelings in order to initiate change.
