With years of experience in working with teenagers and adults, I specialize in addressing a wide range of challenges, including depression, anxiety, trauma, PTSD, and abuse, among others. Using a holistic approach, I can integrate Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and/or family systems based on your individualized needs. I strive to create a casual atmosphere of ease and comfort, allowing clients to embark on the therapeutic process without judgment.
