Becoming a parent can often feel like it isn’t all that you’ve dreamed, and this can feel isolating, worried that you are the only one experiencing hard times with your child. I can offer support if you are struggling with prenatal adjustment, new or heightened anxiety or depression or are experiencing difficulties connecting with your baby. I can help you manage overwhelming thoughts, or work through past trauma to be more present. If you have a young child who has struggles getting through the day or have concerns about their emotional development and you aren’t sure what else to do, I am here to help you figure out what is next.
