Are you feeling overwhelmed in your life with no one to turn to for support? My person-centered approach helps to ensure each of my clients feel seen and supported. My clients may struggle with symptoms of OCD, depression, anxiety, PTSD, mood disorders, parenting struggles or feeling “stuck”. With a growing compassion for obsessive-compulsive struggles and hoarding disorder, as well as complex PTSD, I am continuing my education and working towards licensure in NH. Caring for two toddlers and a coonhound at home, I find peace and grounding at work and truly extend unconditional positive regard to my clients.
