Hello. My name is Krystal, and I am a Licensed Psychotherapist. My professional experience has been vast. I have had the privilege of connecting with people across many walks of life, including Skid Row, Hollywood, Rural America, C-Suite... I've come to recognize that the human condition is universal. I particularly enjoy partnering with families to enhance emotional intimacy, and repair damaged relationships. I have advanced training in The Gottman Method as well as grief recovery. For couples on the brink of divorce, I offer Discernment Counseling. The goal in Discernment Counseling is for you to gain clarity and confidence about a direction, based on a deeper understanding of your relationship and each person’s role in where things are today. In 1-5 sessions, I will help you decide whether to try to restore your marriage to health, move toward divorce, or take a time out and decide later.
