I work with adults, children, adolescents, and families, helping them better understand emotions and build coping skills. An ideal client would want to feel calmer, more confident, and better equipped to handle everyday challenges. Parents often want to better understand their child and feel more connected and effective at home. Adults often want clarity, relief from constant stress, and space to slow down and make sense of what they are carrying. In therapy, I aim to slow things down and create a space that feels safe and steady. My approach is warm, strength-based, and collaborative. I believe emotions, even the hard ones, are meaningful signals that deserve care, curiosity, and compassion.
