Are you or your child feeling anxious, stressed, or overwhelmed? Is stress manifesting in your body, affecting your sleep, or causing racing/unhelpful thoughts? Do you find yourself avoiding people, places, or activities? Are anxiety, stress, depression, or behavioral issues interfering with you or your family's daily life? Or maybe you need to process some difficult life events given all that is happening in our country these days. Therapy can be a great help! I specialize in anxiety and exposure work and focus on working with children/adults in a safe, therapeutic environment, primarily with a cognitive behavioral focus (CBT). I am collaborative, yet directive. Together with my client, I work to identify specific treatment goals and create a plan of action to increase success and self-efficacy.
