I support clients ready to dig deeper, understand their patterns, build self-trust, and show up more fully. I also work with couples and families motivated to confront what isn’t working, communicate more clearly, and put in the effort to grow together. Clients who do well with me are engaged and open. They ask questions, reflect, try new skills, and name their feelings—even when it’s uncomfortable. My style is warm, direct, and relational. I use humor, gentle sarcasm, and honest feedback to help you get unstuck. I won’t sugarcoat or do the work for you - but I’ll partner with you every step of the way.
