I don't feel like myself. I don’t want to get out of bed or do anything. My teen doesn’t come out of his/her room. My teenager doesn’t seem like him/herself. Whether you or your loved one know the agenda you want to work on or just need a place to talk freely and figure out how to stop saying these things, I am here to help you. I don’t mind working with anyone age 8 and up but I love the challenge teenagers and young adults bring and helping them see their future differently. You are unique and no two people to need the same treatment. Let’s work together to figure out what methods work best to help you or your loved one. Past trauma? Let’s explore it.
