Are you feeling overwhelmed? Are you struggling to maintain important relationships in your life or find it challenging to connect with others? Are you struggling to maintain positive feelings about work, school, or your health? Is it hard to be nice to yourself? I help individuals who struggle with depression, anxiety, traumatic experiences, and high-functioning ADHD manage their anxiety, increase feelings of well-being, and avoid feeling out of control. During the first session, we will chat and get to know each other. We will discuss the expectations of therapy and address any questions you may have. My primary goal is to get to know you and help you feel at ease in this virtual space.
