My approach is body-based and deeply compassionate. Through Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Experiencing (SE), Polyvagal Theory, and other mind-body practices, I’ll support you in finding balance and building trust within yourself. This isn’t about fixing who you are — it’s about reconnecting with the strength and wisdom you already carry.
