I work mostly with people with mood and anxiety problems, including depression, bi-polar disorder, OCD, phobias and trauma. People come to treatment because they are experiencing emotional pain and/or numbing. They need a safe relationship and acceptance. They want to improve their function at work and socially. They want to resolve their internal and external conflicts. They want to recover their freedom and power.
