As a pediatric neuropsychologist and clinical psychologist, my goal is to determine why a child, adolescent or young adult is struggling to meet their developmental goals. The obstacles to their success may include medical, neurological, developmental, learning, behavioral or psychological conditions. In some cases it means providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to a child and/or parent consultation. In others it means using neuropsychological and psychological tests to see what is getting in their way and how that happens.
