Feeling stuck? In pain? People typically seek counseling because they are stuck in repetitive negative cycles and want help getting unstuck. These patterns often include issues with anxiety, depression, problems managing "big feelings" and/or issues with relationships. They can have their roots in trauma and neglect. I have significant experience working with teenagers, adults, and couples. I work primarily from an emotion focused, relational perspective to help people get "unstuck" from these negative cycles and create more positive ones. I am a trauma informed therapist.
