I have helped many clients reclaim their "hero's journey" and find their way out of the maze of anxiety, depression and apathy they may find themselves in. I provide a safe and engaged environment to take the opportunity to explore with you whatever you feel needs attention in your life. The most important thing I provide is a client-centered relational approach. I have over a decade of experience working with couples and individuals. When working with couples, I utilize and EFT approach which places the attachment as the focus of therapy. I also have extensive experience working with people who struggle with substance misuse.
