I am a career pivoter whose path to therapy began in the field of landscape architecture. After several years in the design world, I transitioned into nonprofit work supporting adults with disabilities, where my passion for helping others began to take root. Through this work, I discovered a deeper calling—to walk alongside people in their healing journeys and help them navigate life’s challenges with authenticity and care.
