Legacy Family Counseling provides therapeutic services for individuals, couples, and families looking to heal and grow. I specialize in working with healing emotional injuries and mental barriers. I also support clients as they integrate faith and spirituality into their journey towards healing. The primary approaches include Internal Family Systems and EMDR in unburdening the inner person from traumatic experiences. Therapy will involve working with what is known as your inner critic. We will work to not only understand your inner critic but help this part of you transform to help you in better ways.
