Navigating anxiety, depression, sobriety, or other major life transitions alone can be intimidating and frustrating, but I am here to help. I take a direct, warm and understanding approach to help my clients set both short- and long-term goals for themselves in order to start building confidence and imagining the life that they would like to live.
