Hi there! Thank you for taking a moment to learn more about who I am and how I can help. I am a Licensed Associate Counselor and specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem. From moving across the country, to being a recent college graduate, I understand the struggles of change and trying to figure out who you are. Although change can be scary, it also allows us to grow and reach our full potential. I enjoy working with a variety of ages ranging from young children to older adults. A strong therapeutic relationship is a crucial part in one’s mental health journey, and I look forward to building this with you! By using a Person-Centered approach, clients are able to focus on what they desire for their lives and what their personal goals are, while CBT allows clients to gain awareness of their thinking patterns and allows the opportunity to challenge and change them.
