Check out my website!...Oftentimes, we get caught in the surface-level routines of daily life and lose touch with our deepest selves. This disconnection can lead to addiction, dysregulation, broken relationships, and a loss of identity. In my work with clients, I strive to give voice to those innermost parts that long to be seen and heard. I incorporate somatic approaches and use EMDR and Brainspotting to guide clients in regulating their nervous systems and restoring a sense of safety and connection - both to themselves and to others.
