I am happy that you have taken that step to prioritize your own healing. I am an associate marriage and family therapist working with adults, families and couples specialzing in grief, illness, caregiver burnout, life transitions, and trauma. I also enjoy working with teens and young adults navigating anxiety and depression, transition and LGTBQ+ identity.
