I understand that seeking a counselor can feel overwhelming, and I want to acknowledge the courage it takes to take this important step! I work with kids, individuals, and couples who are looking for a safe space to explore their concerns and challenges in life and relationships. I aim to support clients in developing compassionate self-awareness, effective coping strategies, greater balance, and success in their personal journeys. I am passionate about trauma-informed care for neurodiverse individuals, with a particular focus on the intersection of neurodiversity and PTSD.
