Hi, I’m Kylie, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker passionate about helping young adults and adults navigate identity, relationships, and emotion regulation challenges. It's not uncommon for us to feel overwhelmed by emotions and unsure about how to break out of unhelpful habits. My approach combines empathy and encouragement with practical tools from CBT and DBT to support change inside and outside of sessions.
