Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor in Michigan and Colorado with 17 years of experience. I have worked extensively with young and middle-aged with various concerns including depression, anxiety, substance abuse and PTSD/trauma to eating disorders, relationship challenges and academic & career transition issues. You can expect a safe and non-judgmental space to share your concerns with a supportive, active listener, if you choose to work with me. We can work collaboratively towards identifying concrete solutions that address your individual needs. Our first session will be an opportunity for you to share your concerns, identify what is and what is not working in terms of how you are coping and also is a chance to get to know me and find out if my counseling style is a fit for your needs.
