I am certified in multisystemic therapy, specializing in working with families and adolescents facing behavioral concerns like aggression, lack of boundaries, commercial sexual exploitation, and substance abuse. I empower clients to increase their insight and target attainable goals for their desired outcomes in counseling. I provide a safe space to discuss strategies for coping with emotional obstacles, helping clients find effective solutions to their challenges. I also use multisystemic therapy interventions to help caregivers strengthen their parental hierarchy and reduce adolescents’ at-risk behaviors.
