I believe that therapy should be a warm and inviting place where someone can process life challenges. If you are looking to take control of your life by starting this therapeutic journey, then you have come to the right place. Making change can be uncomfortable, but I encourage you to work with me to reach your goals at your pace. I aim to tailor each session to the client’s specific needs by using a variety of systemic models of therapy. I can offer support in various areas specifically with adults, teens, and children. I specialize in working with the entire family system using natural systems family therapy. I have immediate openings Monday-Thursday! I work with families, kids/teens, and individual adults through life’s various challenges. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, suicide ideation, grief, loss, school transitions, identity, parenting, communication issues, and self esteem building.
