I have a passion and desire to work with tweens, teens and adults. My goal is to meet you where you are so that we are able to build trust, connection, and motivation for change. I believe that personal growth and development can occur in all individuals open to acceptance and understanding of themselves and others. I provide a safe space for you to be yourself. I specialize in helping teens and the college age population. I utilize a humanistic approach to counseling using researched and evidence based approaches. I am also credentialed in Sandtray Therapy which is a form of play therapy that allows individuals to express themselves though figurines in the sand.
