Life can be difficult and unpredictable. It is in these moments of stress and uncertainty that therapeutic support can be most valuable. I see a variety of clients who are grappling with grief issues after enduring a loss, trying to function while dealing with symptoms of depression and anxiety, battling addiction cravings and fighting for each day of sobriety, raising kids with special needs, enduring health ailments or dealing with end-of-life issues. I strive to provide my clients with a safe space, a respite from life stressors, and practical tools and strategies they can use to achieve a healthier, more balanced existence.
