My journey into counseling was shaped by years of serving others on the frontlines and witnessing the physical, emotional, and spiritual impact of trauma firsthand. I bring that same sense of compassion, discipline, and calm under pressure into the therapy space. In our first session, we will take time to get to know one another and begin building a sense of trust and safety.
