I provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals, couples and families can explore ways in which they are stuck and help them find a new way to connect and move forward. Whether I see an individual or an entire family, I use a relational, emotionally-focused and collaborative approach that respects client strengths and experience to help them. Being a Korean-American with experience of living in different cultures/countries, I bring a culturally-sensitive and non-judgmental approach to help clients increase insight, identify patterns that no longer are useful and develop a path forward that will bring more fulfillment.
