I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients ranging from early adults taking on the new challenges in life to empty nesters who may be facing the idea of relearning everything they thought they knew. I enjoy helping individuals address and overcome challenges life has dealt them, and appreciate that this looks different for everyone. Life is ever-changing and so are our mental health needs.
