Hi, I’m Tish—a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I work with individuals and families ages 5+, helping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. I’m certified in Children & Adolescent Counseling and Depth Psychotherapy, and trained in CBT, DBT, Play Therapy, Gottman Method (Level I), and Functional Family Therapy. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your needs. I’ll meet you where you are, challenge you when needed, and help you build tools to manage life’s stressors and reach your goals.
