Many of my clients come to therapy feeling “too much” or “not enough”- stuck in survival mode, navigating trauma, anxiety, grief, or the intensity of BPD. My approach is relational, somatic, and decolonized, honoring both psychology and soul. I facilitate a process where individuals release shame, reclaim their voice, and reinhabit their bodies. With couples, I facilitate repair, trust, and deeper attunement. Together, we create space for the nervous system to soften, stories to be witnessed, and relationships to become a place of belonging.
