My objective is to support and enable clients to discover their internal strengths, guiding them through life's challenges to liberate themselves from feelings of shame, guilt, denial, withdrawal, low self-esteem/confidence, hurt/pain, disappointments, trauma, and the complexities of grief and loss. I aim to help clients establish healthy boundaries, foster meaningful relationships, navigate life's direction, and recognize their self-worth and value. In my role as a therapist and coach, I prefer to engage with individuals at their current stage, offering a direct, non-judgmental, safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.
