Many of the clients I work with come to me feeling overwhelmed by the demands of life—whether that’s navigating relationships, managing stress, processing past experiences, or coping with transitions that arrived faster than expected. They may feel stuck between who they’ve been and who they want to become. My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their inner world with curiosity, even if they’re nervous or unsure where to begin. They want to understand themselves more fully, strengthen their relationships, and find healthier ways to cope with life’s challenges. The goal is to create room for change and bring it to life. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Certified Case Manager (CCM), I offer a holistic and individualized approach to therapy. With a background in psychology, forensic psychology, health coaching, case management, and over a decade of experience, I pull from a wide range of therapeutic modalities to find what will work best for you.
