Hi, I’m Lacey! I work with adult clients with a focus on anxiety, depression, grief, low self-worth, problems with boundary setting, perfectionism, people pleasing, trauma, and substance abuse. When working with traumatic events, I use a technique called Multichannel Eye Movement Integration. This technique prioritizes client's safety and offers you the option to forgo the retelling of your story if you prefer not to. I do not need to know what happened to help guide you through the integration process.
