My ideal client is someone who is ready to explore their emotional world, even if they’re not quite sure where to start. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or stress, or feeling overwhelmed by life transitions, school, work, or relationships. Some are navigating the challenges of ADHD, others are coping with emotional wounds that haven't yet healed. What they all share is a desire for something to change—and a willingness to take that first step. Healing is not always linear, but with the right support, it is always possible.
