I believe in working collaboratively with clients and building a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to create a supportive and non-judgmental environment that encourages growth and change. My background in dual diagnosis treatment facilities, Department of Mental Health facilities, and a school district provides a foundation for me to assist clients who are struggling with various obstacles, including but not limited to: dual diagnosis disorders, mood disorders, anxiety disorders, life transitions, stress management, relational challenges, behavioral issues, and more.
