A client who is struggling with anxiety, depression, and/or adjustment to life and wanting to live a genuine life. They want to find the outlet and tools within through a therapeutic relationship and safe space to express verbally and/or nonverbally their world and process the things that may be more challenging. Also, a child or adolescents who may be struggling with life circumstances and whether it is themselves or caregiver who is wanting a better quality of life for the child/adolescent through developing healthy coping skills and developing a therapeutic relationship in a safe space to freely process the things.
