Therapy is a very sacred space in which you are trusting another individual with your story and in order to heal, you need to feel safe. I am here to provide you with that space, so that while you have to wear a mask in every other area of your life, while you are in this space, you can remove that mask and be your true authentic self, without judgment. My role is to support you and to assist during your healing process, providing you with what it is that you need. My therapy process is solely tailored to each and every unique individual that I am working with.
